Various log files may be accessed and documented in a log report.
Types of log files may include; Http Requests Logs, Access Code Logs, Attempt Delete Logs, Enrollment Logs or Notification Logs.
To access Logs;
- Ensure the proper Active Team is selected; should there be more than one Active Team.
- Select the LMS Admin tab.
- Select the Configuration tab.
- Once in the Configuration panel, select Logs.
Note; In order to access Logs, it may be necessary to be logged-in using an Accord LMS Host account. Some of the Log section headings you may observe in some of the images below may not be present on your particular Accord LMS version.
A Host-Account is only available for self-hosted clients and represents a small percentage of our client-types.
The Logs page will display, allowing an LMS Admin to peruse and document various types of log activity.
Click on any heading to open it's respective panel.
