Display or Filter Sessions by Specific Instructors
Ability to Filter which Sessions will Display by Specific Instructor
When choosing this option, any assigned ILT Administrator will see only those Sessions they have been specifically assigned to as the Session Instructor. Team Administrators of the All Members Team will still be able to see all Sessions.
If choosing to Filter by Instructor;
- Ensure the proper Active Team is selected; should there be more than one Active Team.
- Click on the LMS Admin tab.
- Click on the Configuration tab.
- While in Configuration, click on General Options.
Go to General Settings;
- Filter by Instructor: When checked, the only sessions which will display in the Catalog will be sessions where the current user is also the current session instructor.
- When finished, scroll to bottom of page and click Update.
